hi i am Louise i sprained both my ankles in a matter of week about 4-6 weeks ago the left one back to 'normal' but the right one (which i have sprained before a couple of years ago) which i sprained my jumping over a knee high fence straight into a hole (i put ice on it straight away went to docs after school he said it was sprained and said it didn't need a X-ray and cause i could lip on it he didn't give any crunches i then started going to Physio which helped a little not much) keeps on swelling up around the joint pain when i move my ankle in a inward direction it hurts on a scale 1-10 its about a 7 almost a 8 when i walk on the outside part of a foot it hurts , hurts to walk down stairs sometimes and i have notice it cracks and make weird noise sometimes i play alot of cricket (both out door and indoor) i do strap it up but yeah please if anyone knows wat is goin on or can help me please let me know soon as possible
