If any one caught a glimpse of the stomping incident on the weekend by Kanaar, i think you would agree he deserves a lengthy spell off the field.
A helpless Eastwood player was on the ground on the fringes of play, when he blatantly stomped on his head. A serious injury was not far away.....see you later Al Kanaar.

Wallaby forward Al Kanaar has been ruled out of Australia's spring rugby tour of Europe after being suspended for three months for stamping on an opponent's head.
Kanaar, who made his Test debut off the bench in Australia's last Tri Nations fixture against New Zealand in Auckland, pleaded guilty to the offence at his hearing in Sydney on Monday night.
The Sydney University lock and back row forward committed the indiscretion during the NSW rugby union club semi-final against Eastwood last weekend.
Kanaar was last week named in a 45-man training squad for the November Tests against France, England, Ireland and Wales.
The suspension, which lasts until December 19, rules Kanaar out of both the Wallaby tour in November and the NSW tour of Eastern Europe next month.
His offence could have earned him a suspension of up to nine months, but the judiciary panel chaired by Terry Willis took a number of mitigating circumstances into account.
Kanaar pleaded guilty and showed remorse and contrition and had a previously unblemished disciplinary record.

NSW coach Ewen McKenzie gave a character reference at the hearing.
McKenzie spoke in support of Kanaar's character and leadership abilities and stated the forward's indiscretion last Saturday was totally out of character.
