I need to get fit fast and have been using a bike. I can run now also, but due to a previous knee injury am reluctant to run on hard sufaces unless i have to. With that in mind i have started running in a waist deep pool , which has been great on the joints, but my dilemma is this; What is the comparison (distance) for running in a pool as opposed to land? Does anyone have an answer to this? Any info would be great.
