I'm a 22 year old female, I've been having some problems with my right foot, I was in my yoga class and we were laying down doing some toe stretching and I think I over stretched it because I felt my bone shift out of place I couldn't move my foot until I felt my bone go back in place. I was very active until I noticed some pain on my bottom foot when running but when I walk I don't feel any pain its strange at the same time frustrating. My foot is not swollen it just hurts a lot when I try to run or jump rope. I'm hoping its not a fracture if any can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time everyone.
