About two years again when I was at overseas competition I was told that I had swimmers shoulders. When I returned home I went to physio and it came right.
But now that I am training three times aweek, my shoulder is getting sore again. I am away to competition next week, any ideas on stretches or anything else would be a great help.
Cheers

Try excersizing it.

Hi there,
I have a problem with shoulder instability and started doing pilates a couple of years ago. It's made a huge difference. I do it with a physio twice a week. I've been able to build the muscles around my shoulders and upper back.
If you're in Melbourne I can give you the names of some good places to do pilates.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.
