I am 37 years old and play cricket during corporate cricket season. Had been playing it every season. 3 months back I was on the field after a long gap of playing and was hitting the ball higher for catch practice for my corporate team. I did not feel the pain at that time, but developed some pain when I was bowling that day and it got worse that night.
After 10 days played shuttle badminton is when I realized I have done something to my elbow, it was very painful after some 10 - 15 playing that I have to stop the game.
Now I play cricket in the nets twice a week and the paid starts developing if I continue to bat for more than 20- 30 mins with try to put power to the knocks.
What should I do. I like playing bat and racquet game. I don’t want this to come in my way when I am going to in my 40s when I have to keep playing to keep my fitness levels.
