Last night I pulled a muscle in my upper back from sneezing while standing, and went to bed in pain. It felt a little better in the morning, but I still had pain throughout the day. I think I had almost recovered by tonight, but just sneezing again a few minutes ago and feel like I either pulled another muscle, or did damage to the one I had earlier. How can I avoid injury from sneezing?
