I was running about 3 weeks ago and my lower calf popped all of a sudden. It was sore but I could still walk. I took about 3 days off and then returned to running again. The pain was still their. I then took a week off, stretching and icing the whole week. After the week off, I ran for 3 days in a row pretty much pain free. However, the pain is now back. Their is no swelling or discoloration. The only reason I'm concerned is bc of the pop, which has never happened. What should I do?
