Help with knee injury

I have no idea what i did to my knee but i cannot straighten my leg, nor pull it back. All of a sudden my knee felt like it was asleep. I didn't fall or anything i just sat down and after a few minutes it felt very stiff. Can anybody tell me whats goin on or how to help it please?

Im not much help on this one, but would suggest that you might want to see a Dr to get a proper diagnosis. At least then you could stop worrying about it. Try to get to see someone that specialises in knees, in my experience I didnt get any satisfaction until I saw a sports dr that specialised in knees.
