Golf And Achilles Rupture

Hi,

Can anyone give me a timescale when I will be able to play golf after an achilles tendon rupture. I had the surgery within 24 hours of doing it and 4 weeks after it the surgeon believes it is as good as it could possible be. I am weight bearing on it in a boot brace at the moment and I am expecting to come out of the brace in two weeks and will then walk with the heel lifts in my normal shoes and initially with the help of the crutches.

Any guidance would be helpful
