weak,aching,cold hands

hi everyone,just wondering if anybody can help with my problem.have had weak hands for some time,they tend to ache right across the middle of the palms when ever i try to grip anything and after a little time pins and needles and some tingling in the ends of my fingers this is especially annoying as i am a keen cyclist and motorcyclist. i have tried to relax my grip as much as possible but still have trouble. during winter my hands get so cold i actually had trouble with chill blains once(i think that's what they are called). the colour in my hands is always a little blotchy and when i shake hands with people they always comment on my cold hands,except maybe in the middle of summer.i have a heart condition and have taken betta blockers in the past which i think can restrict blood flow, and am currently taking verapamil for my heart.i am 30 years old,live in victoria and am otherwise very fit and healthy. any help,direction or advice would be much appreciated,thanks.
