Fibula malleolus fracture

I suffered this injury abount 6 weeks ago. I have had my ankle in a cast for this period of time and I am due to have it removed this week. Has anyone suffered th same injury, and if so, how long did it take you to walk properly, jog, and generaly get back to pain free activity

I had the same injury. Was a bit painful and very stiff for first few weeks. Physio was great and now I am running pain free 4 weeks after cast removal.

cheers for that.....from eveything i have read and heard it sounded like it was gonna be a lot longer.....
