Alright, so I was sitting down with my brother with my legs crossed in a normal way no weird yoga styles. It's the way I've been sitting for years without any problems. After about 30 minutes I get up and my ankle is like jello, it's popping in and out of place and I have extreme pain. I know I never twisted it, it just seemingly out of nowhere started to hurt. I can barely put any weight on it and I'm now hobbling around because of how badly it hurts. I'm no expert I can only assume I aggrivating some kind of tendon somehow. It's weird though because if I did I would expect some kind of initial sharp pain to let me know something bad happened. Please tell me someone knows what this is cause I don't want to go to the hospital and wait around for 4 hours in emergency to be told it's nothing.
P.S The pain itself is in my RIGHT ankle and the majority of the pain is on the right side towards the rear. It's behind the actual ankle sort of between the achillies and the ankle bone.
