had a few groin troubles, but nothing serious, just discomfort after games (nothing inhibiting)
But had a practise match on the weekend and followed up with a tuff training session last night (2 days after match) which probably wasnt the best idea in hindsight, coz my hamstrings are very tight and the right side of my groin is buggered, theres like a hardish bump just were the stomach muscles end and where the quads begin (not sure what its called) and underneath this where the muscle is it is quite tender and is very uncomfortable.
what could i have done, coz it felt fine after the session, yet woke up this morning with considerable discomfort.
any help into what is wrong here would be appreciated.
