McWilliams and Payne

Im sure i read somewhere that Payne for the Cowboys got injured during this week. But after that he was named. And are you assuming that McWilliams is still injured because he wasnt named in the Cowboys or Young Guns team? Or do you have specific information that he is still injured?
And i see that Steve Simpsons' status has been changed to return in round 11 again. What inside info are u going by? Because on the Knights page it still says he will return in round 18.
By the way the reason im so interested in all these players is because VNRL.

Payne has either a cork hip or cork thigh and it looks like he will play, even though he was in doubt earlier in the week. McWilliams had a fractured thumb which required surgery and he should be back next week. This sort of injury normally leads to pretty good match fitness, as he would have been able to run during his rehab.

Simpson is definitely out long-term - it was updating from Big League that caused us to have the erroneous changes. He will be useless as a fantasy player for the year, as even if he does return before the end of the season, he will have lost a lot of fitness.

Beware the SMH today. They state Josh Perry is injured 6-8 weeks with an ankle, when in fact it is Daniel Abraham.
