I'm a bit concerned about the loss of muscle in my leg. I've been doing a few exercises, can anyone give me a few tips on which exercises are best for the thigh area.

Contact your local physiotherapist. They will design a program to regain muscle bulk and strength. Physio's in private practice have the knowledge and expertise in muscle rehab. Go to www.apa.advsol.com.au to locate your nearest physio. Good Luck.
