Recently encountered an information about asessment of level of hydration on the base of full blood count evaluation.

http://www.gssiweb.com/reflib/refs/706/SSE97.cfm?pid=96&CFID=2201969&CFTOKEN=59114012

It is mentioned there about the method, but the explanation isnt given. Could anybody give a piece of advice on that theme? Or some references?

Thx in advance.
With respect Sergei Iljukov, MD

Don't bother with such an expensive test.
The best indicator is the colour of the urine. There is a template (i will get you a source, just need to find it) with the different shades of colour and the corresponding level of hydration/dehydration.

That will be pretty useful, but could You say anything about the blood count in hydration asessment?
I just want to get the point of it, how it works? More precisely.
