Hi all,
For the past 2 weeks, I have been suffering from really bad chafing in my thighs when I go for long runs which I do quite often but never 15kms which is how much I have to run when I go in to the City2Surf this Sunday.:( :( Does anyone have advice for it, or have chafing? That would be a good help. :) :)

Have you tried 'skins'. A bit lighter than bike pants and also some evidence for a better recovery.
