Hey i have just been diagnosed wiht osteitis pubis. it all started with a slight groin strain which then turned into osteitis pubis. i was just wondering of any surgerys that may be necasary? or any excerises that can be done to maintain a good fitness without doing any running. The physio has said i wont be able to run for around 3-6 months can this amount of time change. And is it worth stopping all activities or will it adventualy just go away in time this injury occured while playing football thanks
