HI

JUST HAD AN OP ON 24/8/06 @ BUPA HAVANT. FOR CALCIFIC TENDONITIS AND BONE REDUCTION OF THE ACROMION (THE BONE ABOVE THE HUMEROUS) CALLED - Arthroscopic Subacromial Decompression Surgery.... bone-shaving device was used to shape the underside of the acromion VIA KEY HOLE SURGERY.

NOW 4 DAYS AGO... HAVE BEEN DOING 15 DIFFERENT EXERCISES DAILY (MAYBE 15+ TIMES A DAY). I HAVE STOPPED TAKING THE PAIN KILLERS/SWELLING/ANTI-INFLAMATORY SUPPLIED...
DICLOFENAC SODIUM + DIHYDROCODEINE TARTRATE + PARACETAMOL - MADE ME SICK AND INDIGESTION EXCESS GAS PAINS !! NOW BACK TO IBROPHEN WITH FOOD X3 DAY -ALL WELL AGAIN.

I HAVE NOT TRIED TO DRIVE - NO WAY I COULD YET - I GUESS 9-10 DAYS MAYBE POSSIBLE , BUT NOT AFTER 1 WEEK ! AS ADVISED.

THANKS

CARL
