Hewitt has patellar tendinitis

.....And has been carrying it for a few weeks obviously. Hope he doesn't consider surgery, does a lot of eccentric work and comes back strong.

I thought it was patellar tendonosis or was that patellar tendinopathy? Who knows anymore? And what's the correct spelling? I'm so confused... ;)
