Free registration on Medscape (eg under orthopaedics, sub-specialty sports medicine) will entitle you to receive regular e-mails (MedPulse) related to latest news or evidence-based recommendations in your area of interest. Such emails are sent weekly. The site also offers an excellent CME section that allows you to read an article of interest, answer questions at the end, and then be credited with CME learning points.
