Hi
I have a foot tendon injury; it is not plantar fasciitis as the pain only occurs after about 10 minutes of running.
I stretch the calf muscles and I can run for another 8-10 minutes. After about 30 minutes it is too painful to run on so I have to stop.
The tendon in question is in the arch support.
I have had 10 weeks off but it came back almost immediately.
I have had a steroid injection into the area but this has not helped.
I have also had a sports massage on the area, during the massage significant pressure was put on the tendon but it was not painful.
Does anyone have any ideas?
