Hello again! Has anyone on-line ever had sclerose therapy injections (polidocanol)? I have insertional and non insertional tendonosis. MRI and US confirm such (degeneration) with intense neovascularization. I know, that in itself it isn't proof of anything but the 24h pain is. The choices are down to achilles surgery due to major adhesions, paratenon attached to achilles, to retrocalcaneal bursor, and to the calcaneum. (Evans procedure on peroneals 28 years ago). Or the gastrocnemius recession (uniportal). OR, sclerose injections. If you have or know more info on this (swedish developed) procedure, POST op rehab and contraindications I'd appreciate any input. I know all one can find on the net, but nothing from someone who has done it. Thanks. Annie
