I tore my right achillies tendon 50% playing soccer last week and I have been booked into surgery tomorrow( 12th Dec TUES) at 7am.
I was wondering if any body has had any success with achillies tears making full recovery without surgery. I am an exceptional healer due to my life style and genetics and am icing and elevating and immobolising my foot.Also have access to TENS machine and ordered Ultra Sound machine on line.
