I know that Tour De France winner Floyd Landis has tested positive in 2 drug tests. I think he'll be banned and stripped of his title. Does anyone know when. I think at the start or 2007. Can anyone confirm this?

No idea, but Iam wondering about that as well. As far as I remember he tested positive for glucocorticoids and testosterone, ok i understand if he had a some necrotising processes in his hip, believe he (his physician) could explain the use of corticoids, but testosterone?

Here is the answer for previous question:
NEW YORK, Dec 25 (CP) - The American anti-doping agency USADA will be announcing its verdict in Floyd Landis' case in March 2007.
The rider himself revealed this in an interview with Belgian sportspaper Sportwereld.
"I want to be a cycling pro again. I don't know if this will be the case next season, or the year after. But in March I'll show to the world that nothing happened," said the Tour de France winner.
"And after that, I'll do anything in order to win the Tour a second time," he concluded.
Former Tour de France chairman Jean-Marie Leblanc earlier said that the eventual winner of the 2006 edition of the race will not be known before June.
If Landis is found guilty, it is likely that the overall victory will be handed to runner-up Oscar Pereiro.

It doesn't look likely that we will find out this month because it is near the end and there has not been any announcements. I hope the verdict will be out soon. We have waited 9 months for this, so let's hope that we won't wait much longer.

Apparently we won't know before The Tour De France starts in July.
