spasm normal?

hi, i broke my humerus 2 weeks ago. I have severe muscle spasm/contracture in my upper arm. Will this go away as my arm heals? i'm very worried i'll have this forever.

ive had that injury before. my spasms occurred and re-occurred until about 3 months after the injury. dont worry about it. it will definitely go away.

my contracture hasn't let up at all since the break two weeks ago.is that normal?
