ACL injury video - contact

This isn't how most ACL injuries occur (most of them are non-contact change of direction), but it is certainly a good video. ACL and MCL both gone in this incident (Joel Smith, who is now with Hawthorn, in his St. Kilda days). For the trivia buffs, Leigh Matthews (current Lions coach) was commentating and pointed out that the player who fell across Smith's knee was Richard Osborne, who had previously had a similar ACL injury mechanism earlier in his career.
