This one occurs running with the football. Probably involves bending forwards to accelerate plus a slight over-stride, which is how the hamstring is generally injured.

Che was always injuring his hamstrings, so maybe this was a re-tear. He probably had back issues as well.

The Leppitsch one is a bit better for a guy bending forwards and really tweaking it (Leppa missed about 8 weeks with this one):

Hey guys, any more hamstring video, doing a lit review on the biomechnical and neural risk factors for hamstirng strain. Have got to CC colling and
justin leppa AFL ones, anybody got anymore decent quality ones, prefeably AFL but doesnt have to be?
