In case you haven't worked it out, my avatar is the eye with staples in a cut along the eyebrow. I know this will be hard to beat, but don't worry, I am not eligible for any prizes.

What about mine, it's a cracker! The guy has been clocked by the hulk and is in mid air. I gave boxing a go about a year back and loved the fitness. I got really confident and stepped into the ring.......to my surprise my opponent hit just as hard and kept on ducking out of the way so I couldn't get a clean shot. Lasted 3 rounds and fair to say when I regained consciousness I gave it the flick.

I'll forward something on to Mark Doherty of ASICS -do you know him or Simon Bartold well? My main contact at ASICS, Jason McLaren, is no longer there, and I don't know whether the other guys are as supportive of giving out free shoes to people for bagging others on a public forum.

Then again, Patrick Smith is probably on $200,000 for constant bagging and whingeing in his column in the Australian, so if we can get this site's traffic up to the levels of news.com then maybe a pair of Kayanos isn't a big ask.

Just got off the phone to Asics. It seems they have come to the party with regards to prizes. I mentioned that being labeled as the 'recommended' shoe by SMA with no evidence to support this claim comes with some baggage. Suddenly we now have 5 pairs of shoes to give away. Prize packs will also include some Pfizer sample products which I personally haven't had much use for lately. Stay tuned for the launch of our 2005 injuryupdate competition.
