hello there,
I would like to know u r opinion about this:...what about practicing sports after a disk hernia surgery?
My condition now is like there is a small rupture in L4-L5 disk. The small part is irritating the nerve going on the left leg...sometimes very bad pain force me to stay one or two weeks in bad. On the other hand there are long weeks with no pain , only limited flexibility and so.
I seriously think of taking the surgery...but I 'm still confuse regarding the recovery. Is there possible to practice sports and serious outdoor activities anymore, after a disk hernia surgery? I do (did ) skiing and I want to do it after.
Also I would be glad about having some opinion which surgery approach would be better for a "complete" recovery. theoretically :).
