Shoulder Reconstruction / Des Boker

Hi All,

Does anyone know where Des Boker practices? Is he available to the public? Also, can anyone recommend a really good surgeon for Shoulder Reconstruction? I would really appreciate any assistance received (my man's shoulder is, how should i put it..... completely horrible! dislocates every few days, very easily!)

Jerome Goldberg is a good one. I have heard a few stories about him. David Sunnabend is another one as well at Chatswood.

Thought I'd way in, I'm a physio, and a competitive cricketer (fast bowler) who has had 3 shoulder reconstructions (all on my throwing arm). My third was with Des Bokor (first 2 with another surgeon), and it has felt great since it was done (nearly 12 months ago). I would recommend Des.
I'm now returned to previous level of sport, and able to throw better than prior to my last dislocation requiring surgery.
Basically, you want to find a surgeon who you feel comfortable with, and who explains everything in terms you can understand.
