Hi there,

I'm interested if anyone has had any positive treatment for a tendinopathy. I have read up on it and it seems that there is a divide between the use of cortisone treatment and just rehabbing it with a physio.

I'm interested to see if anyone has tried any alternative treatments?? Can herbs help with the regeneration of tendon fibres? I have a old shoulder injury and have had diverse diagnoses and I believe that there are two problems in that there may be a microtear near the bicept tendon which flares up when I over use it and also instability in the shoulder joint.

Try nitrate patches - have been shown to help by RCT in the shoulder.
