I'm looking for information/links that will provide information regarding stretches, injury prevention/management and strapping for the knees. Any information regarding this would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Bryce.

Not recommended to do knee strapping by yourself on anyone or your own knee. If it needs strapping, let a professional do it as if you strap it wrong, you could end up in serious trouble regarding injuries. Just thought I'd give you that advice if you want the strapping for you or a mate of yours.
But not sure of any good sites or anything to get you the information you're after though sorry.

I was browsing for similar info - found this

Like the other guy said - probably best left to the experts but may be worth a bash.

elastoplast run a basic course for ankles, thumbs and wrists. then after that you can do the 'advanced course' for knees and shoulders. once you know how to basic strap it takes alot of saturdays with your local team to get it right. do a search on the sports medicine australia site. i got it off there. good little course actually...
