Hello, I am 25 years old and for the past week I have been experiencing dizzy spells and lightheadedness when I move my head and look around. I have also been getting sharp headaches behind my left eye and on the sides of my head. They are causing my anxiety issues to begin and I am getting very nervous. I am so terrified of getting an anwurysm or tumor especially now that I have a baby.
I am frightened and wondering if I should go to outpatients.
Can someone help me?

Gabriela,
If you are feeling uneasy about it I would definitely go and see a doctor. It is better get things checked out.

I agree, that would be the best thing to do.

You really need to check with a doctor. Don't jump to conclusions about what he may suggest. In the meantime, if you need to look for remedies for your headaches try the product Migravent. Prior to taking Migravent, I was suffering from migraines for many years. And since taking Migravent it has reduced the number of migraines as well as their intensity. I recommend it for anyone suffering from migraines. I have not had any side effects from taking Migravent.

See a GP to rule out things like low blood pressure, low iron levels or low blood sugar levels. Also you can get a neck x-ray and CT scan to rule out some other conditions. If all comes up OK then you could be suffering cervicogenic (from the neck) vertigo or some other type of benign vertigo. If this is the case, then you may want to see a Chiro, Physio, Osteo. Best of luck

If none of the other stuff works out try seeing a neurologist (you'll need to get your GP to refer you to one unless you go as a private patient).
An MRI of your neck and brain would also help to either highlight or rule out potential causes from those areas. MRI tends to shows soft tissue problems better than ct or xray. (e.g. herniated discs in neck which, depending on what nerves they're impinging upon, can cause all sorts of complex problems including headaches)
