Hi,
I fractured my second and third digits yesterday while catching a football.
My X- Ray revealed two volar plate avulsions. I've been splinted for three weeks with exercises.
I was wondering could anyone suggest good information sources on these fractures with regards to sports injuries as I have a semifinal next week. Also if anyone could recommend any form of taping.
I'm a medical student here so have full access to books on orthopaedics but they don't really look at it from a return to sports perspective.
