update #2 on the shoulder

hey,
i have been taking pills for my arm for the last couple of days and my arm somehow has become worse then it did before it is alot more bruisied
what sould i do know i dont know what to do about it
anyone have any sugestions??

You're a softball pitcher, so you probably have a labral tear (which isn't good!). You should first REST your shoulder until you see a specialist. Then order a MR algorithm and MRI. Again, keep me posted.
