rubber band exercises actually do help

I agree, rubber band exercises for the internal and external rotator cuff are very good. I'm doing shoulder rebab right now and have noticed a significant improvement including overall better strength and muscle growth in areas which did not have muscle for quite a long time after I injured my shoulder.

Once you are confident with the rubber bands there are certain internal external exercises you can use with light weights. You can get the basic rubber band from like a sports store but it's probably better to go and see a physio who can give you guided exercises and the right resistance (rubber bands go by color).
