Im andrew i have been suffering from back pain, due to over working on my pc and also playing cricket by bowling ball. My c 4 disc has been prolapsed little bit i have taken traction still there is only a slight improvement, i believe in yoga and also exercises can change everything i dont want to spend for physiotherapy anymore, i need good exercises which can strengthen my neck and back.. thanks in advance.

Hi there,

I would give clinical pilates a go. It is a really good way of strengthening your neck and back as well as the other major joints in your body. You can do a lot of the exercises at home too.

You may also want to consult a sports physician to see if they have some other ideas. I go to a great clinic in Melbourne. Let me know if you want the details and I'll send you a private message.
