Wrist Injury Pls Help Im Worried

Hi i punched punchbag on 31/12/2006 and hurt the ball of my wrist i didnt get it checked, 2.5 months later the pain slowly started to go and by now its started to improve but when i move my wrist around in circular motions the ball of the wrist aches and every morning i wake up it aches then gets a bit better as the day goes on will this pain ever go away? last week i was gently hittin the bag and the next day i felt pain again in the ball area but it went away after couple of days but what im trying to find out is how long will it take to get better what should i do? pls help

Way to go asking for help, brainiac.

See a good doctor and get referred to an orthopaedic specialist, they'll x-ray you and tell you if you've fractured the scaphoid bone at the base of the thumb, which sure sounds possible. The scaphoid takes a long time to heal, especially if you keep punching bags.

from punching hard i had caused my cartilage to tear in my wrist (TFCC) and u need surgery if u have done this .. its maybe wat u have done ! go get an MRI scan and get it checked out sooner than later,....
