Queen of the Twist

I have not yet read anyone with the complaint that it feels like your
hip has moved out of socket. The main reason I am seeing my OS is
because about 3 times last year and now 3 this year already, it feels
like my hip is "dislocated." About a year ago I went to a chiropractor
because I hoped he would put it back. He didn't.
It happens after I do more than usual weight bearing. I wake up with
this 'dislocated' feeling. ROM and strength are dramatically less. It
lasts a few days and gradually I am "normal."
My fear is that one day this will happen again and it will not go back
to normal. I have to use my arms to raise my leg when seated. I have
to use my arms to roll over in bed. My limp is very pronounced. It
hurts like heck.
I will be talking with my OS but 'in the meantime,' can anyone give me
a clue as to what is going on? I thought it was my OA, then I thought
it might be a labral tear but it's very severe I would think even for
a tear.
