Hi, i originally injuried my calf muscle about 2 months ago i guess... i was running and my right calf started to tense up.. i didnt think anything of it becasue i havent ran for a while so i rested it... than when i tried to run next time it got even more tense so i did R.I.C.E for about a week .. now im going to physio doin lowww weights on calf and getting massage done on it. It's not as tense but still tense and i cant run or do anything without it immidiately tensing up and ive been off of it for almost a month now. Does anyone know what type of injury this might be? strained calf? any suggestions for what i should be doing? Recovery time? ....thanks
