Hi,

I am a new member, just joined today.

About 2 months after I completed a 6 month gym membership in Oct last year (weights & cardio) I started getting mucle pain in my chest & neck. This usually occurred during the night and when I got out of bed, also when I sneezed. This eventually improved after about a month or so. However for the past couple of months I have been getting similar pains in my upperarm/shoulder also at night & in the morning. I have just rejoined a gym & want to start working out again but the muscle soreness is still there and prevents me from doing heavier weights. It is only my right arm that hurts & I still get some neck soreness. Can anyone help me?

Hi Daniel,
Last year I too had the same problem, i can realise your pain if you really want to get rid of this pain, try physio who can assist you with the diagnosis and treatment of pain or injury (http://www.sydneyphysiotherapist.com.au/). I am sure you will feel and would like treatment from the best physiotherapist Sydney (http://www.sydneyphysiotherapist.com.au/).

I am 21 years old now, I don’t suffer from any illness and I have been getting a pain in the right side of my rib for about two years. The pain would come randomly out of nowhere and no matter which way I turned or stretched the pain just kept getting worse and worse! I can’t keep doing this for the rest of my life! Last time I went to my doctor she told me it is growing pains. Have got any idea?
