I fell down a Telstra manhole disguised as footpath whilst pushing a pram along the footpath and the concrete lid jammed my lower leg against the edge of the manhole. I don't want to go to the bother of a lawsuit, but does anyone know how to contact Telstra or the local council to ask for them to pay reasonable medical expenses?
