Inside of my elbow hurt when I pressed things like bench or military press. Using a strap around my upper forearm. However, recently has started hurting when i curl aswell even with the strap on. Had the injury for 7 months. In late teens. Had MRI and X-ray which both showed nothing. I have heard it maybe syndesmosis. Been to doctor but he couldnt really put his finger on what it is. Anyone heard anything or had an injury similar?? any replys would be great. Thanks

hey

you could have 'golfers elbow', aka medial tendinitis. This is when the long finger and wrist flexors, which originate from the inside of the elbow, get overused repetitiely or with sudden strong forces, they get small tears in the muscle-tendon at that area, that becomes inflamed. If not managed, you get a degeneration of the tendon called tendinosis and the tendon becomes weak and can snap. Go to a physical therapist/phyisotherapist near you and have it checked out!
