Hi all. I have a bit of a prob. n hope someone here can help me out. I've been having elbow troubles for a few months now. Basically it hurts when i do exercises in the gym which involve my triceps. I was thinking it is probably triceps tendonitis, but i'm not sure because it is only certain exercises which cause pain. For example, skull crushers cause a lot of pain, whearas triceps kickbacks with a dumbell cause no pain to the elbow. The bench press is also a killer. I tried resting my triceps for a couple of months, but this did not help much and now the pain has returned to how it was before... Does anyone know if this could be something other than tendonitis, like maybe a strained ligament or something? And if it is tendonitis, does anyone have any suggestions as to how i could fix it other than more rest?
