Physio After L5S1 Surgery

Hi Guys,
I'm three weeks out from a L5S1 disc and nerve decompression surgery. Just wondering how long do I leave it before starting physio. And how long before I can do anything more than walking? I was over ambitious on the weekend and paid for walking too much.
Just thought someone else may have had similar surgery and could help out.

I dont know but I go to these physios on Macquarie Street in Sydney and they are awesome. Have a look www.ssop.com.au. I think Stuart is the spinal specialist.
