Hello All,
I bent over this morning fixing the stool. I stayed in that position longer than normal and I felt a little shift. I could hardly straighen up. When I did I had severe pain. I could hardly walk. I made it the couch and sat down with severe pain. I still can't stand, but I can now sit up. What a blessing.
My doctor is out of the country so can't get a prescription. My wife states that I have continual spasms.
So, my question is; "Can anyone suggest over the counter drugs that will help?" We were going to ask the Doctor for a prescription of Flexeral.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
