Amazed if Jill Cook is no longer working there, as she is/was an owner of the practice. Maybe she has closed her books to new patients for the time being, because she was getting booked out for too long (or perhaps she is on leave).

I would see someone else at the same clinic if she isn't around, as they would probably treat with the same philosophy.
