I've posted before, and as you might know I’ve seen many people about my wrist pain to no avail.
I’m thinking of starting fresh, starting from the beginning and seeing new specialists.
What is my course of action?
Find a decent physio and go from there?
Or go straight to a hand surgeon.
What is the best way to go about it?
Thank you.

I don't understand the purpose of "staring from scratch". If it's anything like here, you will need referrals to go see a surgeon and get an appt. As it has been said before wrist injuries are among some of the most complicated to diagnose and treat and many are not diagnosable until you are in the O.R. but can be cared for if you have a very good one on one relationship with your surgeon and you both have a good understanding of what is going on.
Along with my hip injury, both my injuries came out negative on most tests done but in both cases I had some serious problems going on. What made the difference? my surgeon knew me well and trusted me and my symptoms.
The key is to find a medical professional that knows you well and trusts your complaints.

Rather than seeing a physio or hand surgeon, I would see a good sports physician first. Where do you live ?

Do your research on the hand surgeons on their website, google it. Then go to a DOCTOR to get a referral.
No one is going to be able to help until they see the wrist. If you had 3 doctors look at it already, ring around to find the one with the best reputation.
You are in Sydney! You'd have the best surely?
